I’m strongest where “running IT” means rolling out and operating widely distributed estates across endpoints, devices, workplaces, and branches—at high reliability and low unit cost. In these environments, the last mile determines adoption, support load, and profitability. That’s why I focus on repeatable rollout patterns, automation, and operational discipline that scale across geographies, suppliers, and heterogeneous environments without inflating long-tail run costs.
